Eco-friendly Formulation
It has become imperative across the board to use eco-friendly, safe paints. As a response to the demands for water-based and solvent-free paints, we have developed new innovative solutions for the passive protection of wood elements and wood structures, protecting them from the dangers of fire. With our passive fire protection line, you can protect your structure without compromising the aesthetics or natural materials. With our new technology, paint is not only aesthetically pleasing but also affordable.
Less fire-sensitive
Dubai Civil Defense has approved our 2K fire retardant paint, which is an excellent intumescent polyurethane anti-fire paint. Based on tests provided by the laws in force, a test panel treated with R 450 paint obtained a Class B regarding fire reaction behavior.
Interior Paint
The purpose of this type of paint is to decorate and enhance aesthetics. Meanwhile, interior paint prevents dampness, is easily cleaned, and can be easily maintained. There is a special formula used in interior paints that makes them resistant to abrasion. Since it occupies the same space as people, it is also designed to be more delicate than exterior paint. Unlike other types of paints, this one resists staining and can be wiped clean. There are no fade-resistance properties in it since sunlight does not affect it. In addition, it doesn't require sunlight to cure and is washable. The amount of volatile organic compounds in interior paint should be low or zero. Keeping one's home clean reduces health risks and preserves air quality.
Exterior Paint
Paint of this type is exposed to a variety of weather conditions. This means that it must provide protection against moisture from rain, ultraviolet radiation from sunlight, protect against fungal growth, and it must also protect against bacteria. In addition to resisting fading and mildew, these paints also prevent mold growth. The best thing about exterior paints is that they don’t easily get cracked on shrinkage or augmentation. However, this type of paint requires sunlight to cure.

Where do they came from?
Decomas Philippines started as a subsidiary alliance of the MAS Group in Dubai who has built an excellent reputation in interior design through its wood paints and decorative textured paints. The Dubai-based company saw the demand for traditional interior design products and as a result, in 2016, it expanded its product offerings to provide architects, interior designers, and project managers one source for multiple procurement needs. By then, they provided Decomas as a design studio providing professional services for decorative wall decoration, both in traditional, and in creative decorative techniques in Dubai.
The now Managing Director of Decomas Philippines, Ms. Annaliza Abarra, saw the potential of Decomas in the Philippines’ architectural and construction market and made an objective of extending Decomas to the Eastern Asia. Today, Decomas Philippines has now been recognized as one of the leading decorative painting service providers in the Philippines.
